Garden Tours of England - Bonnie's first travel book was published in April 1997. The books are unique in their format, providing self guided tours of the many wonderful gardens. The second book is on Southern England and a third on Scotland.

Richard C. Miller '43
Mosca, A Factual Fiction - Richard has written ten books besides Mosca. Mosca is a fictional-factual expedition into the mentality of ourselves and our secret government. Richard Miller comments: "Some things are too serious to take seriously -- and too funny to laugh at."

Patricia Shaughnessy Gagne '67
Pat writes under the pseudonym Dani Sinclair. She writes for Harlequin Intrigue and Temptation. Books written are: Mystery Baby; Man Without Age; Better Watch Out; The Naked Truth and Married in Haste. He has several other books under consideration.

She Took My Arm As If She Loved Me - Herb recently was awarded the prestigious Ohioana career award for lifetime achievement and contributions to literature. Herb has published over thirty novels. His first, in 1951, was Birth of a Hero.

I.S.S. book provides you with the metrics and measures to more effectively deal with the progress of individual projects, reliability of the process and the long run improvement of the development process itself. During the last 20 years Ware has co-authored or edited a number of books.

John Webb '45
Programmable Logic Controller (Industrial computer), Industrial Control Electronics. A book on working smart for quality is to be completed in 1998. John started his writing career at age 48.

Concepts of Grammar - Consists of 112 pages of text. An open format is used, measuring 8½ x 11 inches. After preparing lessons on theme paper, the student carefully writes in the workbook. It becomes his or her own book of accomplishments.

Hatten Yoder '38
Planned Invasion of Japan, 1945 - The Siberian Weather Advantage. The massive invasion of Japan planned for November, 1945 required accurate knowledge of weather conditions that moved across the Japanese Island from Siberia. Yoder's story of the U.S. Navy expeditions is reconstructed partly from memory, partly from notes and official conference reports from the commanding officer of the expedition.

Harley Beall
All the Rivers Run - A Curriculum Guide for Grades 4-8. Harley, the co-author, is a science educator who taught for 33 years in the Lakewood Public Schools. Harley also was a seasonal interpreter and supervisor for the National Park Service. This Guide is intended to become a model for educators interested in teaching environmental education utilizing all the learning disciplines, art, music, social studies, science, etc.

Judy Fredrichs '67
Writing under the pen name of Judith Clark has published tow children's books -- Too Many Animals Sleep in My Bed and What If My Bed Were a Sailboat Instead? The next book is Do You Think We Can Fly In a Strawberry Pie?

Sean Flynn '82 
Wrote the cover article in the July, 2000 issue of Esquire magazine. It is the story of the Worcester Massachusetts warehouse fire and the six men who died fighting it. The publishing rights for a book have been purchased by Warner Books. Sean, a former senior editor of Boston Magazine and an award winning journalist, now resides in Swampscott, MA.
