Food from the Arab World - this site is basically a list of Arabic recipes including everything from soups and fish, to meat and vegetable dishes.

Miscellaneous recipes for Lebanese and Arabic Food - another listing of recipes, this time concentrating on Lebanese and general Arabic dishes.

The Middle Eastern Cook Book - this is a really attractive site which includes some description of Arabic foods along with yet more recipes.

Visual Art & Architecture
Architecture - this is a fine introduction to the world of Arabic architecture. It includes an overview, as well as essays on the concepts of power, faith and knowledge. Further sections deal with materials and techniques used, and the influence of Arabic architecture on the Western World.
