Assignment

To research a person or group which has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Then, to create a poster about the inductee. Finally, to present the information to the class.

Requirements

• A Poster (no smaller than 24"x36")
• Artist's FULL Name
• A picture of the Performer
• A time line with the important dates of the Inductee's life and career linking them to important events in the world
• Five paragraph written report on the inductee organized as follows:
• Introduction
• Early Life
• Career
• Impact of their music/connection to society
• Conclusion
• Two of the following:
• family tree or history
• hand-drawing of record/CD cover
• list of top recordings of the artist
• full lyrics of  a song
• original poem about the artist
• four trivia questions with answers under flap
• your choice (with teacher approval)
