Wow! Another school year almost over...Hope everyone had an enjoyable year. We hope that you consider becoming part of Lincoln PTA next year. There are several positions available, such as council delegate, staff appreciation, etc. Please let us know if you are interested in becoming more involved in PTA.

We'd like to extend several thank you's for jobs well done. First, a big note of "Thanks" goes out to Sarah Klann for organizing Lincoln Skate Night. It was a huge success again this year. Also, we'd like to thank Judy Szentkiralyi for organizing Desserts with Dad (as well as her volunteers Brenda Budzar, Kim Barto and her daughter Aubrey). Between the brownies and ice cream and the absolutely fabulous weather, it was a great night at Lincoln.

We have some exciting events coming up this spring. Don't forget to MARK YOUR CALENDARS for Spring Fling, the annual school and family dance night on Friday, may 16. Also, coming up in May is Lincoln's annual Track and Field Day. We'll need volunteers for both events. If you are interested in assisting, please let us know.

Our next meeting is on Tuesday, May 13th at 7:00 pm at the Winking Lizard. Please RSVP so we can have enough space reserved. As always, if you have any questions, suggestions, please give us an e-mail or send us a note via the PTA mailbox in the office.

At this point, I'd like to extend a personal thank you to Teresa Costa-Borick for all her efforts, not just this year as co-President, but in her 6 years at Lincoln. As co-presidents, it was a really fun year. We laughed, we learned, we laughed some more... thank you, Teresa and Lincoln will miss you!
