Tuition Policy for 2007/2008  -   PSAS CODE 4302

Rate 1 - $1,950.00
Available to parishioners who are registered at SS. C&M Church and participating in the life and financial support of the parish.  The Pastor recommends a donation of at least $8. weekly.

Rate 2 - $2,450.00
Available for parishioners who are registered at SS C&M with appropriate permission and participation in the life and support of the Parish to a degree less than is minimally required.

Rate 3 - $3,150.00
Non-Parishioner rate

TUITION RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED UPON CONSISTENT USE OF THE CHURCH CONTRIBUTION ENEVELOPE.

Regulations of Payment

• $75.00 REGISTRATION/COMPUTER FEE PER CHILD is due upon registration or re-registration by or on 1 APRIL, 2007.  After this date, a $10. Late Fee is assessed- for a total registration fee of $85.  This fee is in addition to the tuition charge and is NOT REFUNDABLE.

• $40.00 PLAYGROUND/LUNCH-ROOM FEE PER FAMILY is due to the school with the registration fees by or on 1 APRIL, 2007.  This fee is in addition to the tuition charge and is NOT REFUNDABLE.

• Reduced rates for 2nd and 3rd children, 4th child is free.

• ALL FEES & TUITION MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY FRIDAY, 19 MAY, 2007. 
  THOSE NOT PAID IN FULL BY THAT DATE WILL BE PUT ON  FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT DURING THE WEEK OF 5 JUNE, 2007.  ANYONE NOT ON FACTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO SCHOOL IN SEPTEMBER, 2007 UNTIL a COMMITMENT IS MADE TO FACTS. THE SCHOOL WILL ASSUME THE FEES.

• Each Family is expected to contribute/volunteer 20 hours to the school/church or they will be assessed a Service Hour Fee of $100. at the end of the school year.  See the last section of this handbook for details.

Non-Payment Clause

If tuition payment/payments cannot be made on time IT IS THE PARENT RESPONSIBLILTY to contact the PRINCIPAL to discuss the situation.  Any account that falls 60 days (2 months) in arrears, will result in the child/children not being admitted to school for five (5) days, during which time parents can make payments to reinstate the child/children.  Failure to either notify the principal or make partial payments will result in the withdrawal of the child/children from SS. Cyril & Methodius School.  The Pastor and the Principal make every effort to assist families that have serious financial problems which are verifiable.
