This resource guide was developed to help teens and their parents obtain services throughout the Westshore community.

Teen Connections is a collaborative community effort of the high school students in Lakewood, Lakewood Hospital, the Lakewood Y and the City of Lakewood's Division of Youth and Health who have joined together to produce this resource guide. A printed brochure was developed by students from Lakewood High School, St. Edward High School and St. Augustine Academy as well as several health care professionals. this guide is not inclusive of private professionals whose names and services can be obtained by contacting school principals, guidance counselors or family physicians.

The Teen Connections team does not endorse any of these programs, but offers this listing as general information.
