FOOD COOPERATIVES: Why & How
Food co-ops are alternatives to large chain grocery stores that enable citizens to control their own food decisions locally. Often associated with organic foods, these stores offer their members more choices and wholesale prices. Author and activist William Coughlin will answer your questions about the need for such a program and how to get started.
